This is a group of Parsvnath La Tropicana Delhi Flat Owners
Kindly join this group to collectively express your grievences against
Parsvnath Developers for inordinate delay in completion and
construction of project
The Project was started in 2004 and was to be delivered in 2011,
However looking at the progress of the construction of project it does
not look like to be offering possession in the stipulated time . The
builder has already collected approximately 90 % payment in some
towers.
There are reports in the market that they are planning to increase the
floors and thus project is expected to be further delayed for more
than 2 years.
