Dear Mr.Niranjan,

It was decided in the Residents meeting held on 20th June, that Mr.Swaminathan should have an Authorisation from Mr.Adhiseshan and he should meet all the residents to settle the issue.

 

Now Mr.Swaminathan has informed us that he has the authorisation

So we had asked Mr.Swaminathan to give us a conveninet date on or before 15th Aug, so that we can organise a residents meeting where The builder's representatives can give their views.

Mr.Swaminathan has not replied to this, and he is continuing to organise the 26th Meeting.

 

Most of the Office bearers/ residents will not attend the 26th meeting of selected residents.

Mr.Swaminthan has to give us the dates to Arrange a Residents meeting in our Campus

Yesterday I have received a phone call from Mr.Swaminathan inviting me to attend the meeting organized on 26^th at Anandas. I was told that the meeting was to explain the situation to the residents in general, and not for any official deliberations. From the below mail, I understand that Apex is asking for another meet which could be an official one.  From my understanding on the meet organized by Apex on 19^th, it was decided that all the residents would represent to the proposed meeting with builder also we would form a committee to represent residents. Do you have any update on the official meet? Did you receive any acknowledgement from builder on the request? In the above circumstances do you expect residents to attend the meeting on 26^th? What good would we have if the leaders boycott the meet on 26^th?
