Hey Everyone,

I wanted to let you all know that I need to take a hiatus from learning for a bit. I took on a lot of tutoring and extra school responsibilities this year and I feel a bit crazed. When things settle down I hope I can join up again. I will miss seeing all of you during the week. Hope everyone enjoys tonight!

I propose that we start up the week of Channukah.  I will host the first one (since I have the books)  We can do it early, light channukah candles together, and children and dogs are welcome, Jeremy can watch the kids.  Or we can do later, whichever people prefer.  What night are we looking for?  Tuesdays and Thursdays are out I think, so we are looking at Monday or Wednesday.

The Rabbis of the Talmud and their Aggadoth: Please contact Ahava or Yoella if you are interested in joining in the weekly study of the aggadoth of the Talmud, viewed through the lens of the Rabbis who taught them.  We will be using the Encyclopedia of the Rabbis of the Talmud and the Ein Yaakov as our sources.  All are welcome! 

Let me know if you have any changes.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SUSIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  May your year be full of excitement, on the level of what you experienced when you saw the first preview for Ender's game;)

I'm really sorry to do this, but Avi's friend cancelled on him for the car show and he asked me to come with him.  I feel bad so I'm going to go with him even though I have no interest in cars and I"ll pick up again with you guys next week!
