~ In YHWH's Name We Shall Do and Succeed ~
When the Arabs finally change on a fundamental level to favor peaceful
coexistence and acceptance of a Jewish state in their midst, our
progeny will be able to visit and even live in Arab lands around the
State of Israel, so we should know where these commandments apply.
Even now it doesn't hurt to make sure we know and thus will be able to
pass this knowledge down the generations. The Sabbatical (Shemitah)
commandments are a primary example.
In my opinion, a single map showing this is very hard to find on the
internet. So how do we arrive at these borders?
I believe the answer is situated somewhere between the boundaries set
down within BeMidbar/Numbers 34 + Yehoshu`a 13-22, the outermost
boundaries of the Israelite tribes' settlement area prior to the First
Temple era, and the outermost boundaries of the Israelite settlement
area in the early Second Temple era, but not the borders of King
Dawid's kingdom/empire.
Thus the start of the southern border runs from the Mediterranean Sea
a bit south of the Gaza Strip and parallel to it along "the River of
Egypt", then the gap between the southern border and the State of
Israel's border narrows along the latter's 1st half until they meet,
then I think the remainder of the southern border should run along the
State of Israel's current southern border down to Eilat; thus the
southern areas include the entire Negev without dipping into the Sinai
Peninsula which many Qaraites and probably others believe we may not
voluntarily tread on as "he is not to return the people to Egypt in
order to multiply horses, since "YHWH has said to you: You will never
return that way again." (Devarim/Deut 17:16), etc, etc.

The northern border runs from the Mediterranean going out a little
north of Tyre (צור) almost perpendicular to the sea's coast eastward
until a point where it parallels Yam Kineret (Sea of Galilee), then it
climbs up northward until a point parallel to Sidon (צידון), then
climbs somewhat north-east until meeting a tributary of the Jordan
river.

The eastern border runs a bit eastward of the eastern Israelite
holdings in the Judges Period.
So the southern border of these holdings east of the Jordan runs more
or less perpendicular to Yam haMelah (the Dead Sea).

Perhaps a narrow strip along the southern east half of the Dead Sea
should be added.
These boundaries include the Gaza Strip, Yehudah & Shomron (Judea &
Samaria), the entire Golan Heights territory, all the Levitical cities
and Shelter Cities mentioned in the Tanakh, plus such easternmost
cities of Canaan mentioned in the Tanakh as Tov (טוב), Heilam (חילם),
Qenat (קנת), Salkha (סלכה), Naweh (נוה), and Beser (בצר).
When real peace materializes with the entities currently known as
Jordan, Syria and Lebanon, those lands within the aforementioned
boundaries will need to be scoured for domesticated and wild barley
fields so that Aviv searches could be conducted there too.
