The English event parser doesn't recognise "day month" format, only "month day" format

Hi Guys,
The .en parser only recognises "jan 17" or "jan 17 - 26" not "17 jan"
or "17 - 26 jan" or "17 january".
but i have "17 jan" or "17 - 26 jan" or "17 january" this type of
string in my data, how can resolve this.
