sourceTime seems to be ignored for evalRange

Rick,

Ugh - I switched from Mail on my laptop to using Mutt in a screen
session as an expiriment because email was becoming too much of a
distraction and I think I went to far the other way.

Sorry about that.

I will take a look into these this weekend.
