Hello

 I've been working on result of PennCNV (about sheep and using Ovine high-density 600K SNP arrays) by  ParseCNV  Software to attain CNVRs. But when I run it's had errors for several time and output files are empty. I sent some of my files work and commands in attach (examplifing sample of files and commands attached in txt file)  

 I'd really appreciate if you kindly mention some hints or clues for

remove this erorrs.
