Parrot master fails to build on Clang

I ran into that problem a while back with errno.h not being found on
my machine. If I remember a handful of details correctly, I ended up
fixing the problem with either a symlink or installing some other
package. I'll look into it later when I get home.

Howdy,

Also, if you look at the output of the report, LLVM 2.8 and Clang get
installed, but then
Configure.pl says a recent enough version of LLVM is not present, even though we
supposedly check for 2.7. Something is up.
