The manager would like a well rounded Java developer. Experience with
Java Servlets is important. He does not want to see just Java web
developers. He would like the candidates to have Server level experience
too. Some experience or training with Swing (will get more involved on
the job). XML experience is important. Prior experience with Visual
Basic or Coldfusion is a plus.

Breakdown of applications:

Web: Auto processing projects.

GUI: Rate Increase System. Financial tools to update the rates.

Server: Middleware. Billing systems, audio response, pay by phone

Essential Job Functions:
Will be expected to develop and support applications as required.
Maintain and develop Java and Java Servlet based applications. Utilize
