Customer Delivery Manager » CD » Toronto

The Customer Delivery Manager will manage the implementation of the Hosted Fidessa Trading Platform into multiple customer environments. This position involves project management, business management and relationship management. It requires a knowledge of technology and the business flows of equity trading in order to establish client credibility.

Responsibilities include:

• Project planning and reporting
• Customer liaison and reporting
• Project financial planning and reporting
• Serving as a liaison with internal departments including sales, accounts and technical support
  
  
• Bachelors degree
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills (verbal & written)
• Knowledge of equity trading business flows and equity markets
• Good organizational skills
• Project management experience
• Commercial awareness
• At least 3 years experience in a software product vendor or consultancy services company
• At least 1 year IT project management or service delivery management experience
• Experience in financial services or technology industry a plus
