Job Description
The Roam4Less team is growing and is seeking another responsible Support Specialist to assist the Operations Manager with the day-to-day company operations.
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)
- Customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat
- Technical support for Roam4Less products
- Order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Skilled typist
- A people person
- Responsible and proactive
- Has an internet connection at home
Hours
The position is part-time (15 to 30 hours per week) and has the potential of becoming full-time.
Flexibility is important.
