ADMINISTRATIVE/PERSONAL ASSISTANT WITH EXPERIENCE IN FIELD OF COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
Seeking an extremely organized, detail-oriented assistant with strong initiative. Must be able to effectively communicate and maintain a professional working relationship with consultants and tenants; Organize and prepare all necessary materials for meetings. Will be required to multi-task, problem solve and prioritize workloads. Take care of leasing inquiries for vacant properties, Prepare monthly rent roll, bank deposit books; Coordinate daily calendar of President, follow up on per minute High volume of emails; and manage regular daily office duties. The most important skill is to successfully carry through follow ups in an organized and timely manner. YOU SHOULD HAVE: IMMACULATE COMMAND OF ENGLISH- BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN! And GOOD APTITUDE WITH Real Estate related NUMBERS • Excellent people skills and impeccable phone manner. • Possess qualities of discretion, and be dependable with a good work ethic.. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum education required: College Diploma, and a minimum of 2 years in a property managerial administrative capacity.
