Can't add publishers

I can't add yoann.d...@gmail.com as a publisher to https://www.parleys.com/channel/breizh-jug. The search for user feature is grayed and marked "enterprise".

if this is a question on # of users, we have inactive users Yan Bonnel, Florent Ramière, Nicolas Morel, Pierre-Alban DEWITTE, Damien Gouyette and Julien MEDDAH who can be removed from publishers list
