Loud intro and ending

Hi,

Parleys is a great site and it was very useful to me for a long time.
Thanks for you work!

In the newer videos you added an intro and an ending (JJJJava...)
which is a lot louder than the video content itself, and therefore
very annoying. It would be great if the volume would be consistent for
the entire video so that the rest of the inhabitants in my home will
not curse me every time I watch a video here.

Hey,

The intro of the last published interview should already be more
enjoyable.
However many Devoxx talks have already been post-processed and are
waiting to be published, these will still have the "loud" intro.
