Hi,

I can't sync my session : "Cannot sync because the media stream is too big"
My session is 124minutes long, the speacker's video is half resolution 450Mo, there is some few demo parts in High resolution, and 75 slides

What's the restriction I could check ?

I also noticed I cannot import my slides when PowerPoint exports them as PNG (upper case file extension), but after renaming as .png all is fine. I did this on an older publisher beta, didn't tried with recent builds, but maybe this was not reported yet.

Cheers,
Nicolas

Nicolas,

The maximum file size per presentation is 300Mb. We've published over
200 one hour talks (with demo's) and they are all around max. 200Mb.
Make sure you use 276 a 386Kbs data rate and have a keyframe of 50
frames/sec or higher.

Also the Speaker video should be 320x240 and the demo video max.
1024x768. IF the presentation is video only then go for 640x480.

I'll make a JIRA issue for the PNG Vs png file extension, thanks for
that :)

Hope this helps?

Stephan
