Link youtube video with desktop publisher

Hello,
I link a youtube video with my publisher, no problem, I can see it in the publisher
but once I've uploaded the prez, the video isn't in the prez: http://www.parleys.com/play/51e935c1e4b0354ac31ac500/chapter0/about

Hey Alexis,

oh man you caught us here :-)

The import youtube feature in the publisher is an ancient experiment which is no longer supported :-(

Right now the only supported way of adding youtube videos is the web publisher.

We`ll have a quick discussion if we can re enable that feature quickly so you can upload your talk but i`m not sure if that`s possible.

Hey Alexis,

here is a special version of the publisher (hope the attachments works with google groups!?)
for you with a fix for the youtube publishing.
Let me know if that works for your talk.

We`re still not sure if we gonna release this fix to the public or if we will just disable it
completely in the AIR publisher. The youtube playback in the publisher itself has some issues
and we don`t really want to invest time in it but rather concentrate on the web publisher.
We`ll have some quality sprints planned for august and beyond so expect the web publisher
to become much more usable in the future. If there are other features you would like to see in it
now is the time to let us know!

Attachment didn't work.
Yes indeed I've seen that moving the cursor along the timeline wasn't a very good idea with a youtube clip under air publisher.

About new feature: I'd like to be able to suppress, to reorganize the slide order once imported in the HTML5 publisher.

my most requested feature is a better way to move chapters "in group". If I need to introduce a delay in talks begining, I need to move chapters one by one ...

And thx for your input! Move chapters in "groups" will definitely be in there. You`ll also be able

to lock chapters to video so that whenever you move the video the chapters are move along…

Navigation along youtube video is not easy as it is a streaming but it works quite well. it supports moving the video cursor :)
