Dear all,
We wish to congratulate Mark Cheong for being overwhelmingly elected
into the 2009 RA committee member.
If you have forgotten who is this guy, you need to re-read the "RA
controlled forum" where Mark Cheong has failed to get a solution or an
answer to his disagreement over the guard house location and fencing.
By being in the committee Mark Cheong could get to the bottom of the
issue easier as he will have access to certain correspondence which
has been kept away from the public eyes. He will be able to find out
what actually went wrong in the whole guard house and community hall.
We wish to reaffirm to Mark Cheong that WE WILL SUPPORT HIM in giving
the RA a counter balance and check in making whatever decisions
especially when it comes to how the RA is using its coffers.
We do hope that Mark Cheong can report back to us in this forum when
he feels the need to inform us the residents of issues concerns us.
We wish him all the best and we hope the RA would soon be cleaned up
after another rigged election on Sunday.
Our deep throat informed that almost all of the current RA committee
member brought their whole family to help them get the vital vote
count.
But anyway, they have succeeded this time to cheat and manipulate the
voting system to their advantage, if you look carefully, you will see
the same names again but occupying different positions. Having Mark
inside, I am sure he will be shocked to learn how they actually select
people for the positions.

Congratulations Mark - we have had our differences but I am very pleased to see you walking the talk. Good on you! You will now be able to criticise from within which would be so much more effective.
Did all incumbents get re-elected with the exception of the person who lost to Mark? Who's now head of security?

Hi all, I was there and let me tell the truth to all readers here.
There are over one hundred people there at the AGM and they came from
every street-so that means every street is represented, I saw the
street attendance list for signing in-and I can see that it is not
from only one family!....First Congrats to Mr Mark Cheong-hope you
will do some good social work for all parties.
Mark's name was suggested by one of the RA Committee. I thought more
will be suggested from the floor but majority these people are
quiet...let us respect them for being who they are by nature.
Now, let me be open and transparent of my opinion here...I was
expecting David Lim, Obama, TianMing, Angel etc....but nothing at all
from this looser group! I was thinking if you are a real Angel or
David Lim-please stand up and nominate yourself.... and tell everyone
there your nick name is Angel Tan or David Lim or whatever creative
writer you are in this website-to get the respect from residents. Show
your face---why complaint so much and write so much garbage to
undermine and hurt other real RA characters who may be not perfect but
at least contribute to work for the good of ParkVille. The world is so
small that one day you may be related to them in some ways...maybe one
of your daughter will marry one of their son!!
Some of us may not like our RA Committees that much -just like in any
organisation, the management are there not to please everyone but to
improve things around and not to give in to any rubbish.
My 2 cents suggestion is try to get to know them or at least find out
what is really going on rather than write those garbage and publish
here to poison other people's mind. I don't see any appreciation
coming to some of the good job done by our RA...ask yourself, is it so
bad of our RA-that they just shake legs and do nothing, have they done
anything good for security, for fencing, trying to lower MBPJ quit
rent etc...If you are in the RA Committee, can you be a better RA
Committee? Some of the writers here are just good in sulking and
blaming others and trying to poison people's mind and holding on to
the past and always looking for negativity in the future...this is the
mind of the loosers! It reminds me of those unionise staff in some
organisation-always complain, sulking and ask for more but not
contributing at all.
I hope you readers here are wise enough to filter garbage from truth
in this website!

Oh ya, coming back to the AGM election, I don't think any body trying
to cheat or manipulate the voting of RA committees....the forms are
available and in fact even without any forms, when you attend the
meeting you can suggest names of the person who is there to get
consent of that person and the votes will be open. If you care enough,
you can even offer yourself--but you did not try! So why speculate
now??
In my opinion, I suppose it is only natural and comfortable if you
have worked with the person or team and you know that it is a good
team to work with, you will still support the same team--therefore,
the same members are elected--simple as that.
I also saw some other non-RA members names was suggested and some of
these people are refreshingly new and coming into RA for 2009. There
were some introductions and votings process and some was dropped as
their votes were lower.I would say it is democratic. I was actually
hoping one bald indian man to be voted in as he is a kind and
responsible man walking his dog often with papers and water bottle to

And because you are hitting below the belt, might i suggest that you improve your command of the English language before embarassing yourself in a public forum.
By the way, since you are so keen on meetings, name your time and place (preferably during weekends) for a face to face with me. I too am tired of people who hide behind cyber pseudonyms to attack others.

As for "Mr/Ms. Nik Kayla Abd",
We the so-called ball-less people did attend the meeting, but can you
tell me how certain are you that 100% of those attended the meeting
did register themselves or how can you tell that we did not attend? We
went there not to create havoc or difficulties for the RA but to
observe how the proceedings went. And true enough, bringing in all
family members including underage children to vote is a scam, if a
family of 5 coming from 1 unit went, it takes only 20 units to make up
100 people, mind you. There are over 400 units in Parkville. If you
cannot do the math please find a primary teacher to help you out.
Choosing the incomplete community hall is an idea to make people
uncomfortable, hot, dusty and limited space. Most people left well
before 6pm.
Those people who were quiet during the AGM does not mean they like or
approve of what they see. But because seeing that own family member
being so supportive of the RA, people who want to protest will be
outnumbered easily will not stand a chance to speak. I believe the RA
is prepared to face the music from the residents but cleaver enough to
bring in their own family to protect them.
Some people did voice up their concerns and ideas, but seriously were
their ideas taken into consideration seriously or not? RA just shoot
every one of them down like flies. So seeing this example, who will be
tough enough to stand alone against the mighty RA? If the RA is
seriously opened to questions or suggestions, then they should be
gracious enough to accept criticism and suggestion from the residents.
The same thing happened in the 999 meeting where the Mr. Security wave
his hand and slap the air, criticizing and belittling me in front of
the residents - luckily my identity is not revealed earlier on or else
I would be an easy meat for them to target.
If you think what we wrote or revealed here is garbage, then please
show us some proof to substantiate your claims that what we have said
here is garbage. Don't just come in here like a mad dog barking up the
wrong tree. I know who you are and where you live "Nik". I will reveal
what my sources has told me a little bit later.
If you think the RA has done a good job then please request them to
build a guard house in front of your house at road 36 and make fences
like a prison. I am sure you will make an alter and start making
offerings to them very soon.
If you are saying those decide to voice out here are losers, please
take a mirror and have a hard look at yourself, who is sulking over
here and complaining for the lack of appreciation of the RA. Mind you,
not all the RA are senseless or heartless, we did appreciate a few who

by an incoming vehicle. Guess what. The guards never encountered such
an incident or able to recall one happening. So please do not cock up

poisoning the readers mind here but don't worry, Angel will not delete

Wah,...I am so happy to see so many emotional outburst.....I guess it must be good for all your souls and bottled-up feeling or bad chi. Good to see those brotherly support here. It was a good team work from a bunch. You guys must form your own RA team. Well done! Well done! Anyway, good speculation again but I would say....too bad...all your guesses and speculations are all totally wrong.
I am no proxy of anyone. Why should I? As long as I pay my taxes, pay all maintenance fees on time and don't let my pet roam around, keep my exterior paint colours to original...have my own cozy job to make some money...cukup makan-lah. Once in a while when I have some free time-I will peep in here and the other web to disturb that official RA team and also you guys.
I loves cats and dogs. But I can't keep dogs due to my new religion. I have one lovely feline purring perfectly with me and family, strictly at home only and very playful....so I am not that fellow that trap cats...Very wrongly accused-lah David. No need to simply point fingers and barking mad on the wrong trees...people will laugh at you.
I reply to this is because I pity that wrongly accused person-the one that you mentioned trapping stray cats-I don't know him at all-so he is innocent here. I am not from road 36.
All I want to share...is my side of the story, my opinion, my support for the female species, ...from my observation....I thought you guys here appreciate balance view and truth fullness for this site?
Yesterday, I was at home whole day after extraction of my wisdom tooth and very free....so I surf net-lah.

I have some advise for both old and young alike.
It a pity that "cat killer" wants to be a hero again, it's shows that
this beast is here to gate crash to this blog and show 400 of us that
he is somehow macho and so on........well i don't really think so ya!
If you really want to argue about anything you must have some facts
first lah, by the way small boy we are not born yesterday lah.
I want to comment about his acting skill, totally zero, kosong, in my
opinion edison chen is better lah. Stop showing off and concentrate
on your own love relationship lah just another advised for him. Mind
you going to those health spa are not too good for you too. Ai ya just
a very friendly reminder for him, he may forget while having a 15mins
of fun and pleasure, kawan you tak pernah dengar apa nama........

about him psychologically when his plot is being exposed one by one.
He is not sure what name to use or is confused with the funny name he
created, this is clear signs of a very confused man. Am worried that
he might be too depressed to write further or as the saying goes will
he "Hide under his wife's skirt and squat in between her legs" for his
fear of facing the world is too great. I wonder if next time around
will his wife will be driving the skyline with him under the seat
pressing the gas pedals?

elected into the committee. We are all behind you.
Anyway my Lady this blog of yours have been a real hit in Parkville,
even in ikano starbuck some of the patrons(I guess they must be
residents) are talking about it. Those ladies giggles all the way but

There is really something wrong here, we have a bunch of cheaters
living among us. Wow!!!!! don't you think this place is getting more
excited. We got this scandal, we got that bad hats, we got cat killer
disguised himself as a super hero turn out to be some immoral shits
etc,etc and etc. What next? Maybe one of them may become our new adun
for Bukit Lanjan. Voted in by family Sendirian Berhad. Anyway i am
