Guard House Nightmare!

Hi all,

We must thank Angel for relocating us to this warm and welcoming
alternative forum for Parkville residents. I do not know why they (RA)
wants to kick us out from "their" forum, maybe they think we are just
troublemakers in their kingdom. All must listen and obey the
kingmakers.

My main concern is, I wonder the guard house, community hall, kindy
and surau is a good concept? Has anyone given serious thought over
this?

I do not think the bunch of guys running the RA has given serious
thought on the consequences of relocating the guard house this deep
and now opening our exclusive area to public.

I can expect more security breaches will happen eventually after the
new guard house is in operation especially at the road leading to our
entrance. The wall and fences along the road are very short and can be
easily climb over. Now the guards will have no view over that area
anymore once they moved in deeper.

There is no logic to move in so deep because if you want to stop a
criminal, you should stop them outside your house, not INSIDE. Once
they are in, if you ask me, its too little too late.

I think we must have those people responsible for taking such decision
so lightly. We need to question them.

I don't know why the RA needs to "kow tow" to Sunway so easily when
Sunway has failed to fulfill their side of the bargain. Who knows,
maybe RA top personnel has got some "benefits" in order to suppress
our dissent and protest over Sunway's lack of responsibility. First we
have been played out by Sunway, next by our own "self-elected" RA
committee people.

Wow as i come in i can't recognized my Parkville anymore it look like
a concentration camp now. This is for real and it my fault i did not
voices out protests. I wonder when is the next election, sincerely i
want to vote that person who is responsible out of there before more
damage to be done. Somebody have misused the mandate given to them
regarding the location of the guardhouse, what i understand is the
mandate given is the current site. Can someone do a checking on the
background of those individual in the RA maybe this can give me light
on the other side of the tunnel. Making such a decision is really
very uncalled for. Here i can see that they Dont really sit down and
evaluate the whole thing seriously or even consult the us as a owner
of Parkville. Who ever suggested it, is a really big selfish moron.

I should have taken obama and Mark statement seriously, it looks very funny just felt like my most trusted surgeon  thinks that my private part position looks much more better at my belly button position or maybe my mouth. Who is this donkey?

Hi fellow Parkville Residents,

It too late to moan about it, just accept the fact that our landscape
has been changed for the worse. If you have been to any detention camp
entrance, the feeling is just like what it is now, except we have no
barb wires and well armed guards awaiting for your arrival. I am
already missing the good old days of open spaces upon entering
Parkville Townhouse, now its no longer that visible anymore. Very Sad.

If you want to blame, just blame yourself for being a foolish resident
who is always paying maintenance on time but yet not bothered to know
what is going on behind the scenes.

It been mentioned that the person in charge used to stay at Sierramas.
Somehow many people seems to know and talk about it. I am not sure if
he is bragging or trying to buy respect. Just very weird that someone
could afford Sierramas would end up staying in Parkville Townhouse and
get himself in so much trouble yet not getting paid. I think someone
has to look at the RA committee's background to ensure no hanky panky
is going on.

I am starting to get worried when somethings were revealed in the
earlier stages when my neighbors were talking about, all the
conspiracy going behind our backs, yet I thought its just a joke, now
I know its NOT!

I am glad that you people enjoy this forum as much as I do. I also
appreciate your generous praises and active participation in this
forum.

Let this forum be the one where true and honesty prevails. Let

the new fencing makes the whole development looks like Auschwitz...

thanks to the RA and developer... I know... there's always small
disclaimers in the sales brochures

try doing that in a more developed country and the developer will be
sued kaw kaw...

but in Bolehland... developers can fall back on these disclaimers in
their sales brochures

The best part is the RA somehow didn't foresee such catastrophic
outcome because they are too focused to have a new grand guard house,
location & changing of landscape is not that important. Remaking the
whole landscape is not of their concern because they are not affected
by it. As many has pointed out it makes no sense to relocate the guard
house so inward and put up fences. But the excuse is always sunway or
MBPJ's fault and decision. Again, who signed the plans for submission
should be clearly aware of the consequences of his undertaking in this
matter. At the AGM I do hope he is prepared to answer all of us
because its only fair that we know - WHY. Its time for the RA to sell
us the idea or make us accept the relocation of the guard house.
