Hi Hope,
I cannot agree more with the new entrance look like "cacat" & a prison
feeling.
This goes to show that our RA is not far sighted enough to envision
such an ugly setting up from the get go. This is what has been lurking
behind the scene all along, we were never informed of and decisions
made during the planning stages.
Nevertheless, we need to remind ourselves that Sunway cheated us and
tried to get away with it, and now RA has done a fabulous job in
getting Sunway to do more damage to our own township. I am still
curious as to what the community hall is for. It cannot be used for
private functions or used as a sports facility. I think we gonna have
a white elephant soon. As far I can recall my information, the guard
house moved in solely because of the new community hall being built as
public amenities and we cannot deny outsiders from coming in.
I wonder if the community hall was not built, will the guard house
moved in so deep and the place will be fenced up? This to me again is
the blunder on the RA negotiation team with Sunway. The person in
charge does not even bother to listen to some suggestions or ideas
brought up during an open session on 9th sept at 9pm, ie. 999 meeting
with owners. Some owners complaint that sour faces were bring shown at
the owners upon some objections by the owners themselves. Looks like
better to sacrifice a few and save a thousand policy is at work here.
On another matter bring brought up previously, will the guards be more
effective guarding so deep inside, I wonder if anyone can stand up and
proclaim that moving the guard house so deep will gain or increase the
effectiveness of the guards. By applying simple logic, it will simply
will not happen, in fact it will make guards job more difficult.
I think someone from the RA should start answering questions and not
evade them. They should sell us their side of the logic and not just
sit and think they have 100% rights to do anything they like in
Parkville. I am deeply sadden by this whole episode and especially
being cheated by own RA (owners of parkville) themselves.
