Hi neighbors,

In the last 7D Transportation/Public Space ("TPS") Committee meeting held 6/26, DDoT presented their preliminary plan for the Anacostia Trail expansion.  I say preliminary, because this may change if it does not fit in with the future Kenilworth Park North redevelopment scheme.  

PS - please think of joining TPS or one of the other 7D committees to add our insight in topics presented to the Commission, which is then formally referred to the Councilmember for action. For more information click here.  

Important is the Community Outreach and Grants Committee. This committee selects which 7D public schools/non-profit orgs to give grants too.  As of Tuesday's meeting, the committee is without any EOTR representation. Please think about volunteering. And If you know neighbors who don't receive these emails but would be interested in these committees, please share the info with them.
