Pepco, in partnership with the Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE) and the Benning Service Center Community Advisory Group (CAG), is hosting a community meeting on Saturday, June 22, 2024 to 

discuss the Draft Feasibility Study for the former Benning Power Plant site and the Pepco Benning Service Center. The Feasibility Study will address portions of the adjacent Anacostia River. 

Please join us to hear a summary of the Draft Waterside Feasibility Study, including recommendations of proposed cleanup actions for the investigation area. Attendees will be able to ask questions and submit comments for the final public record.

Date: Saturday, June 22, 2024

Time: 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Location: Department of Employment Services (DOES) Community Room #1 

4058 Minnesota Avenue, NE, Washington, DC 20019 (Please use the side entrance near the metro)
