Diwali money refund and money collection and discussion for upcoming celebration.

The expense details that were made for our Diwali and Muharram celebration recently are as follows.

Money collected from each family = $20.

Total family attended = 24 nos.

So, total amount collected = $480.

22nd NOV-CELEBRATION EXPENSES:

So, Expenses for each family = $210.53 / 24 = $8.77

and Amount to be refunded to each family  = $20 - $8.77 = $11.23

There is a meeting on Monday(14th Dec) in Splash Pool area between 11am to 12pm. People can come and collect their balance amount at that time. To be easy for us all, kindly bring 2 cents while coming to get your refund. 😉

Also, we have plans for celebrating the Christmas and New Year 2016 this month. People who are interested in joining us for the celebration are kindly asked to come for the meeting. While coming, bring $5 per family for the celebration. The celebration timing,menu,etc will be discussed in the meeting. And, this is not a family event. Its only for ladies and kids.
