Hey guys! Sorry I didn't put this up earlier but I've been trying to work on the math all day.

First of all, we decided to go with a caterer for that day and the menu is really good. I believe I sent you all a text. You voted and the yes's had it. The caterer will also buy and marinate the chicken coz this was the cheaper option. She is buying chicken at 3 soc and the food is kshs.180 per plate. Now, all these payments need to be made in advance including the tent and seats and due to some unavoidable circumstances the only solution is to remove mbuzi choma from the menu. Am sorry but that Kshs.4000 jus isn't available. We have to make due with the kuku and the sausages for chomaing. Plus even when I take this out, you wouldn't believe how much money I have. I truly need the guys who haven't sent me money to do so thursday morning coz I need to make some payments kesho. (And by some I mean all except what am sending Robert for the supermarket).

Since we aren't cooking any more, arrival time can be two in the afte except maybe just a few for setting up purposes and to make sure all is according to plan. Any volunteers are welcome to step up otherwise al pick na usual suspects mnajijua.;-)

Maritsa, were you able to ask your neighbours for the speakers? I hope it won't be a problem.

Do you guys want any specific activities for the day? Put it up and guys can contribute.

Otherwise please guys send me the money for those this applies to.

Mapenzi tele. Post your thoughts. Off to bed now!!!

@Maryanne, i dont think it has anything to do with the caterer, i think we are just short of cash coz some people are not contributing. (well i understand someone maybe short on cash, but it would b fair to say that out loud, so we can cut on the invited guests and still afford to have nyam chom) Now if you havent sent cash and are not saying nothing, its not fair to us... So somebody somewhere say something (if youve not paid) or more importantly send something, its only fair!!!!!!

Hey y'all so the thing abt catering for a party of forty is esther n
cathy cant mk it and some guys cant afford the 1500 which means we're
short 4700. So its either the meat goes or we reduce the ppl...I don
know. Then lvly ppl who havent sent me cash....

Hey May,

I know if we reduce the number of guests, the pricing goes up with the caterer.
So i dont know, 180 is a good deal am thinking its safer to stay like that.
Who's philanthropic to throw a round of nyama on thea tab?
