SUMMARY OF LIFE GROUP MEETING

Hey y'all. Hope you're all having an awesome morning aside from the gloomy weather. So to summarize on what was said jana:
Well, first of all, thanx a bunch Maritsa for hosting us jana. Tulishiba sana. Hope your sisters didn't mind the noise. To all, it was a total blast and I pray that lg will become a part of our lifestyle and we will make it our safe place. And in that spirit, si Maritsa u know your role as administrator :-) (wink wink)
The budget for the Mathew party came to a total of Kshs. 22,000 and therefore each member of Jesus Mafia(totally lovin this name) is contributing Kshs.1,500. The party will incude food from the caterer we'd agreed on, nyama choma, kuku choma na pia sausages na drinks kibao(soft). We're also hiring a tent and seats coz it's an outdoor thing na tutabuy makaa ya kuchoma. It was also decided that if you have a second person you'd like to invite you may do so coz we have catered for a party of 40. The theme still stands which is black and white with a bright colour incorporated into the outfit. This amount should be sent to me via mpesa by Monday. My number for anyone who didn't get is 0715655370. I'll update you as to any changes or developments.
Next week's meeting is also at Maritsa's from 5.30pm and remember to bring snacks.
Mapenzi tele kwa wote. I have an interview kesho at four at KPMG so please keep that in your prayers.

Lg was awessooommmmeeee..... thanks guys, and Maritsa for hosting us...
I have a suggestion, considering the fact that we will always want food and we will always dirtify (pardon my english) utensils. I suggest that we are put in groups of maybe three guys, and each week, one group is responsible for washing the dishes that evening, we could also use this groups to bring food every other week, that way we are saved on using lots of money weekly to buy food, we only get to buy food when its our group turn... with this, people wont feel pressure hosting guys (ahem, maritsa) coz atleast the house wont b left all messy and all... what do u guys think?
That way maritsa will accomodate us till God knows when...

Hey Esther it's been a while hope you're doing well. We could try to discuss a different day but I dont think daytime is possible coz that can only work on weekends and those are too tricky for ppl to rearrange. Plus tuesday was convenient coz it was the day guys had set aside for class. Hope you can at least make it this week and we can see what to do. And am so sorry about the party coz caterers have been booked, people have been invited so changing the date is pretty impossible. Am truly sorry. Wangeci yea I agree with the groups coz otherwise it'll be me and dee on duty forever. I cant however continue to make executive decisions on my own so big boss hope to see you this tuesday.

I have been reading this and I have to agree, grouping for the dishes is a cool idea. I also understand Esther's predicament on the Tuesday evening thing. However I think we can lay it on the table in the next meeting.
