1. CHAIR ROLE:
- Represent Young Professionals Ministry in the various church committees that require a YP representative; mainly church council, Youth Committee and others.

- Oversee growth in YP numbers and overall maturity
- Ensure that the various departments under YP work in synergy

- Can sign off on YP requisitions and FNL (Mwamba) service too
- Be an ambassador for YP Ministry both in words and deeds; selling the YP vision and mission.
- Invite the speakers officially for First Sunday, on behalf of YPs and any other event organized by YPs.
- Work with oversight and Youth pastor in handling with cases or any other issues affecting YP officials.
2. VICE CHAIR
- Assist the chair in matters pertaining the ministry.
- Acting chair in the absence of the chairperson during official meetings and .
- Support in the activities being undertaken in the ministry especially being championed by the various departments.
- Coordinate with Planning department for any YP operations.
- Consolidate and ensure timely submission of departmental reports monthly.
- Sign off on requisitions for YP (including FNL service)
- Assist the chair in handling cases or any other issues affecting YP officials.
- Takes over as chair for the remainder of the term, in the event that the chair steps down or some other eventuality.
3. SECRETARY
- Take minutes in every meeting by the officials and send them to all the YP leaders (ministry pastor and deacons included)
- Handles all communication to members and to the church.
- In charge of publicity and collection of information for the ministry.
- Assist in formulating a database for members together with the BS coordinator.
4. TREASURER COORDINATOR
- Advise the rest of the leaders on the budgetary allocation and quarterly activities budgeted for.
- Coordinate with church finance department on ministry finance.
- Coordinate on the ministry requisitions (work with the FNL treasurer on Mwamba service requisitions)
- Collection of funds for any activity being undertaken by the Young Professionals Ministry.
- Assist the Planning representative in coordinating with the church on suppliers and service providers for YP activities.
- Work with the ministry departments and other stakeholders in coming up with a budget for YP ministry (including Mwamba Service/FNL). Both Yearly and also for each event or activity by YPs.
5. PLANNING COORDINATOR
- Coordinate and plan ministry events and activities.
- Work with the treasurer in coordinating with the church on suppliers and service providers for YP activities.
- Coordinate with hospitality in booking the church bus for events that require transportation of YPs or hiring of any other means of transport.
- Assist the departments in planning and execution of events; drafting of the program of activities.
- Organize extra-curricular activities for the leaders on a quarterly basis.
- Create a data bank for speakers at YP events.
6. HOSPITALITY COORDINATOR
- In charge of YPs welfare; support in case of bereavement, welcoming visitors, safety of YPs and accommodation during overnight events.
- Coordinate with Benevolence ministry in church (member care) as regards to Young Professionals welfare needs.
- Coordinate with the various departments (running with an activity/event) on booking rooms or sanctuary.
- Coordinate with the various departments (running with an activity/event) on the numbers expected to facilitate refreshments and luncheons.
- Ensure all official leaders meeting has refreshments (snacks) and/or lunch.
- Coordinate with the planning coordinator in booking the church bus for events that require transportation of YPs. Or hiring of any other means of transport.
7. BIBLE STUDY COORDINATOR
- In charge of YP leaders and members spiritual growth in the area of Bible Study.
- Organize and plan bible study groups for Young Professionals; ensure all YPs are plugged in
- Ensure that all YPs are growing in bible study through the provided materials, healthy discussions and also follow ups.
- Coordinate with Maturity office in getting a reading material that addresses the holistic needs of the Young Professionals.
- Organize for Bible Study trivia and quizzes.
8. PRAYER COORDINATOR
- Coordinate and work with church prayer ministry in ensuring YPs mature spiritually in their prayer and fasting.
- Organize prayer events for YPs.
- Give weekly prayer points, scriptures, devotion, inspiration and encouragement for the ministry.
- In charge of prayer and fasting week.
- Work with Bible Study coordinator in ensuring members have prayer partners.
9. WORSHIP COORDINATOR
- Coordinate YP worship team and FNL service worship team leader.
- Prepare for praise and worship in YP events
- Work with the treasurer, planning, vice chair and chair in ensuring that the band has pro
- Organize for worship experience and work with planning coordinator also on YP worship week.
- Ensure growth of leaders and members in the area of worship.
- Ensure that the praise and worship team is mature spiritually and rooted in the word.
- Work with the vice chair in handling cases affecting the members in praise and worship team.
10. FNL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- Representative YPs leaders in FNL committee.
- Coordinate with worship leader on requisitions for the band and worship team.
- Coordinate with hospitality on refreshments after the FNL services.
- Report on FNL services during YP leaders meeting.
- Mobilize YPs to support the service through forums and other platforms.
11. MISSIONS COORDINATOR
- Organize outreach and missions platforms for YPs, whether school, hospital, prison or area visits.
- Coordinate with missions department (GMC) on YP mission activities.
- Champion missions planned by GMC.
- Coordinate the events with the planning and hospitality coordinators.
12. MOMBASA ROAD YP REPRESENTATIVE
- Coordinate with main campus (Westlands) on YP events/activities.
- Ensure reports are handed in on time to IM&E
- Mobilize Mombasa Road campus Young professionals to YP events.
13. IM&E
- Attend all YP events fro purposes of validating the reports.
- Ensure timely reports of events by the various department coordinators.
