I have shared it with the teens committee who will be in charge of different things in the ministry as well as youth committee.
I must point out though that having no one currently standing in for the maturity position affects us because we don't have clear direction in terms of what material to be used , who is to teach and so on. I remember David Moses making an announcement for people interested to lead a BS to sign up but I haven't heard about it since then.
With this in mind, I would recommend that we use our strong BS camp leaders to help lead and teach bible studies.
However they would still need to be called upon to lead and acquainted with the BS material through training or any other way you would use or recommend in order to equip them.
I have attached a list of camp BS leaders that who recommend we consider as BS teachers, especially the main BS leaders as we train them together with the assistant BS leaders. I have also encouraged the teens committee to attend Teens Bible study lead by Natalie on Sunday's so that they can learn on how to go about teaching teens. I suggest we also talk to Natalie about helping us with Bible study since she has resources and knowledge on how to handle teens.
We are eagerly waiting for your approval to begin Bible Study and so are the teens.
Looking forward to your response.
Regards,
Neema, Teens Coordinator
