The annual Christmas Bird Count is Saturday, December 17, 2016! Please don't be alarmed if you see a woman old enough for the senior discount at Kroger in a dark green Jeep Liberty looking around the neighborhood with binoculars.
The CBC is citizen science that has been going on in central Arkansas for about 60 years. It's a great yearly snapshot of changing populations and environmental conditions over a long period of time.
