Ive been reading your comments about the lady who is harassing people for money. We have seen her w couple of times lately. She's in the places already described here, but I have also seen her standing in the street on Idlewild and on Cedar.
While we all need to stay safe, I also worry about her. Sounds like she may have some mental health issues going on and her AIDS threats could be real. Hopefully, she will get some help and we will all be safe!

I would suggest calling the police the next time someone sees her.

One only has to watch the news regarding all the terrible incidents recently involving people with "mental issues". Call the cops and let them sort it out.
