Good morning, Parker Family & Friends--
 
This correspondence is offered to answer some questions regarding the PTO's Spring Auction & Dinner...
 

• the event is THIS Saturday, starting at 6:30pm at the Houston Athletic Fencing Center (address is on the attached flyer)
• we want you to come have fun at this fundraising event...Mr. Hughes will be playing groovy tunes from the 70's
• ticket prices: $20 for admission with dinner (menu below); $5 for admission only
• cash bar opens at 6:30
• pre-registration with payment is preferred, but there will be a limited number of dinner tickets at the door (attached flyer)
• invite your friends and neighbors...we make a profit on every ticket (dinner and admission)

 
YOU CAN USE YOUR BIDDER NUMBER TO PURCHASE EVERYTHING (admission, bar, raffle) and pay one invoice at the end of the night
 

• door prizes will be drawn at 6:50...don't miss out on these great freebies, arrive on time!
• raffle winners will be draw as follows: 7pm is the $5 raffle for EITHER the iPod shuffle, $50 gift card or Vulcan Nerf Gun (sorry, you don't get to pick which prize); 8pm is the $10 raffle for EITHER the iPod touch, $200 Meyerland Shopping Spree, or the Barnes & Noble nook (again, you don't get to pick which prize); 9pm is the $20 raffle for the iPad2...YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE PRESENT TO WIN THESE RAFFLE ITEMS so sell some tickets to your friends and neighbors (tickets attached)
• best dressed prize will be awarded at 9pm and you have to be present to win...so dig in the back of your closet and find those 70's styles you just couldn't part with way back when (I'm sure they still fit) and dress up!

 
WE HAVE RECEIVED SO MANY WONDERFUL ITEMS...don't miss out!  Come, have fun, and you just might win!

• class baskets are arriving daily and we're leaving them set up in the mini-gym for preview until Friday early afternoon
• if you don't see your class basket, please ask your room parent
