Sifu Ray Abeyta, a Tai Chi instructor from El Paso Texas, is coming to
Austin on the weekend of August 15th to teach private lessons to some
of his students here. He has also offered to teach a Free Seminar for
the push hands group meeting in Pease Park on August 15th. This will
be a brief seminar held from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM which is the time of
our regular push hands gathering. All Austin Area Tai Chi
practitioners are invited.

Sifu Ray Abeyta will cover Tai Chi Basics, Push Hands, Qigong. Ray
asks those coming to bring a notepad to jot things down. This first
seminar is for him to determine the level of interest there is in
Austin for him to consider coming and teaching some more intense
workshops. This is NOT a beginner’s workshop. Some proficiency in
Tai Chi is assumed!
