Hey All

I forgot to mention that aside from the chigong healing demo there is
also a TaiChi/ChiGong weekend intensive. The Teacher is Rich Marantz
and this is his third time coming to Austin from Vermont. Rich has
studied Tai Chi for over 20 yrs and has a great way of explaining Tai
Chi and its many nuances. For the last five years or so he has been
training under Master Yun Xiang Tseng a life long Taoist priest from
Wudang Mountian in China. Wudang is a major Taoist center in the whole
China and like Shaolin is renown for its Martial arts and Internal
cultivation. Rich Marantz is of a very small handful of westerners who
is allowed to teach Wudang Forms with the blessing of Master Tseng.

The schedule is as follows

@ Casa De Luz Jan 23 9am-12pm is Hard Qigong: This is a very vigorous
qigong to help build ones Yang Chi.

@ Casa De Luz Jan 23 1:30pm-5:30pm is Primordial Qigong: this qigong
is intended to raise and rebuild the Yuan Chi( or primordial chi ) it
is the first in a series of the same name Primordial I, II, III. This
form works with the Eight Extraordinary Channels to help raise ones
over all health and longevity.

@ Nia Space off SOCO. Jan 24 Square Foot Tai Chi: this is a rare
signature Tai Chi form fro Wudang of about 30 pastures. The whole form
can be done in an area 10x10. It is a great form Which I recommend.
