Pāli Workshop a Success!
 

Our inaugural Pariyatti Pāli workshop was successfully completed on October 4th in North Fork, California. We had 10 students, 1 full-time server, and 1 part-time server (for 3 days). Students came from Canada, Mexico, USA, and Venezuela. The teacher, Sean Salkin, came from Australia. Since we had limited servers, everyone pitched in to help with meal cleanup and all our main dishes and desserts were made off-site by supporters.  All the students were happy with the course, and grateful for the opportunity to study this ancient language. 

2013 Pāli workshop

Our next workshop will be held from August 11-25, 2013 near Eugene, Oregon. It will be a 14-day workshop conducted by Klaus Nothnagel, and it will be preceded by a 3-day Vipassana course sponsored by the Oregon Vipassana Association. We will share additional information on this future workshop as it becomes available.
 

Pāli workshop fund

In order to make this future workshop more accessible, Pariyatti's Board has agreed to run it on a by donation basis. So there will be no fixed fees or up front payments for this workshop.
