Friends:

Taking inspiration from Swaroop Nagar Experiment, Civil Lines ward adopted the same model today.  
A Parivartan Sanitation Team (with 4 Rickshaws and One Tata Ace) is deployed exclusively for Civil Lines now.

Kanpurites taking responsibility of keeping their city clean.  Parivartan at its Best!
