How to Opt-In

1.       See the Digital Plan to access the opt-in form.

2.       Select your Franchise Group from the dropdown and check the boxes for your restaurants opting in.

3.       Check the boxes for each message that you’d like to opt into.

4.       Submit!

How-to create and send emails in Punchh can be found here, as well as information on fraud prevention. 

As a reminder, emails that are scheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice run the risk of being disapproved.

If you have requested a Punchh account, you should have an invite in your email inbox from he...@punchh.com. Please let us know of any additional accounts you’d like created.

 

Message Frequency Restrictions:

 

SMS Limitations:

  • Text message requests that do not allow at least 7 days between messages (to the same subscriber) will not be scheduled. This frequency cap includes messages that you opt-in to. We strongly recommend at least 10-14 days between messages in order to maintain sustainable list growth and improve overall ROI of SMS as a channel.
  • Furthermore, we will be excluding unengaged subscribers from certain messaging at our discretion. This will mostly pertain to messaging that is deemed repetitive, spammy, or irrelevant to the channel.

 

Email Limitations

  • For everyone who creates/schedules their own emails in Punchh:
    • A maximum of 3 emails per location/group per week will be approved. This includes emails you have opted-in to.
    • Emails may be rejected if considered to be irrelevant, ineffective, spammy, or repetitive.
    • There are many reasons these guidelines have been put in place, but ultimately it is to protect our dedicated IP and improve its “Sender Score” (thus improving inbox placement rates), and starting a snowball effect of improved engagement rates, conversion rates, and overall return on investment of email as a marketing channel. Respond to Guest Feedback via Momos

Use your Momos account to respond to guest feedback across all platforms. You can also use Momo’s analytics to better understand each restaurant’s guest satisfaction and areas of improvement.
