Patch for i386 printf build issues

Hi,

I am currently building Ubuntu packages of paris-traceroute in my PPA at
https://launchpad.net/~dreibh/+archive/ppa . It fails to build for i386 due to
incompatible %lu/%ld placeholders in printf calls. The attached patch fixes the
issue, allowing paris-traceroute to build for both amd64 as well as i386.
