I have installed Parflow in my sysytem and run tests, where 88% of the tests passed.
After this I ran the Little Washita example. This passed successfully.
I got a Output folder containing lot of .pfb files.
I am unable to understand how to visualise these results.
It would be great if someone could explain this in details.

ParFlow resources are on the HydroFrame website here: https://hydroframe.org/parflow-resources
If you go to the Python Short Course Materials: https://github.com/hydroframe/parflow_python_shortcourse
There are annotated examples and slides that walk through many of your questions.  The simulation analysis notebook is very detailed and well documented.

There is a full API of the Python PFTools on ReadTheDocs.  This is also linked from the HydroFrame web page.
