Hello, Everyone.
I  encountered a problem during the second phase of spin-up . In most areas of my model, both water table depth and overland flow are 0.
The ParFlow version is 3.13 and I use 96 cores(x:12,y:8).
In the first phase, I use the SeepageFace BC and growth timestep. I start with an hour timestep and grow to 100 hours.  I spin up the model until the model solves quickly and the water table depth stabilizes .

In the second phase, I turn on overlandflow (OverlandKinematic BC). I find the water table depth is 0 in the flat area and the overland flow is also 0 in most area. And, no matter how I spin up the model, there is little to no change in the WTD and overland flow.

I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions on how to resolve this issue.
Please note: The values in the figures have been converted to a logarithmic scale
