A warm welcome to Parents Of Autism UK.
This is a self help / information group for parents / carers / relatives of children, of all ages, on the spectrum.
You don't even need to live in the UK.
Unlike many other groups / sites this
group is run by a parent of a child with autism.
After getting over
the initial shock of diagnosis we both realised how little we knew
about the subject, so we set about learning all that we could. It
was not that easy so we set up this group to help others in a similar
position.
Rest assured we do not tolerate
internet bullies, trolls, bad language or spam !
Even if this site only helps one other
parent then it's be worth the effort :-)
