Is Kaya Henderson Turning Out the Lights on D.C. School Food

Don't look now, but a huge rift has opened between schools Chancellor
Kaya Henderson and food services director Jeff Mills. Mills wants to
ditch Chartwells in favor of producing meals in-house. Chartwells is
blamed for deficits that are running out of control. But Henderson
just wants a new contract with a vendor to be determined.

Could all of the progress D.C. cafeterias have made be dashed? Now's
