About the presenter, Joani Werner:
In more than 20 years with the Social Security Administration, Joani
Werner has actively promoted employment for people with disabilities.
A work incentive liaison and PASS specialist for the St. Paul Social
Security office since 1996, she is cofounder of the award-winning St.
Paul PASS Pilot Program and has given hundreds of presentations
nationwide on work incentives/PASS.
