Dear Friends;
A local couple are having to disperse their pony herd. These ponies are being offered for free. The herd consists of mares, some of whom are in foal. The stallions are on site. The herd is around 20-27.
the older gentleman, pony breeder, died two weekends ago and his family is trying to place them.
They are no glaring mal-conformities, good hooves throughout, very pretty faces. (disregard the burrs). I have attached select photos to show the variety and the size. I estimated one at around 48 inches. We have been told that a halter can be put on each one of them. Take that for what it is worth :) I say start from scratch and be suprised if any of them know anything.
I would really like to help this lady and these ponies. Anyone need a winter project?
Thanks,
Kris
