Spanish Mustang in need of new home

Owner lost job last year and needs to find a home for his 13-year-old, registered Spanish Mustang gelding. 14.3HH. Good solid gelding from a Parelli background. Free to the right home.

If you can use or know somebody that could use this fellow, contact Jim Gualtieri at jim.gu...@gmail.com or 641-777-8795. He also has two kid's ponies that need re-homed.

Do you know anything about the temperment and what level this horse is at?

Diane,
I know he officially passed the old Level one and is up past Level two on his ground skills, although never submitted officially. The owner did not ride him much and concentrated on the ground skills. Horse is LBE. Intelligent and calculating. I had ridden him on several occasions and never encountered any problems.

Thanks Bethany, I'll keep him in mind in case I come across someone looking. I'm guessing he would need someone with at least level 3 skilsl, correct?

Well, that's always better for the horse. :^) I think someone with Level 2 skills would get along with him fine. He is not high strung or spooky. Not one to put out extra effort if not necessary. So just needs someone with enough skill to not let him buffalo them. Personality is a lot like Dustin's Boomer.
