Dear All,

Please note from 1st Nov. onwards attendance will be strictly monitored and the policy which was decided earlier regarding deduction of leave/salary in case of late attendance will be strictly adhered.

Just to remind you the following rules apply for those who come later than 9.45am for 2 days in a month will have half day salary / half day leave deducted, 4 days will equal to full day salary/ full day leave deduction. Those arriving in office after 10am on any day will have half day’s leave/salary deducted.

Every month 4 days grace will be allowed for those arriving before 10 am. Attendance after 10am will not be considered under grace.

In case of bonafide reasons if someone is arriving late they may seek my approval for waiver of the above clause on the same day as the late attendance.

No excuses will be entertained in case you do not record your attendance while entering the office for the first time during the day by using your fingerprint in the attendance register. If the records do not show your attendance you will be recorded as absent on that day.

Please understand it is in the interest of every single person in office to ensure professionalism reflects in your actions.

Feel free to clarify questions regarding the above policy with your respective HODs
