Dear Team member,

I am happy to announce that on 18^th Dec'15 we will hold our annual charity auction.

Last year we had collected almost INR 9920/- all of which was spent towards medical assistance for some of our own staff members for genuine reason. As decided at the auction last year.

This year once again you will be able to choose your favourite cause and the money will be agreed to be spent democratically.

You are requested to contribute items towards the charity auction generously. Please ensure that no old and used clothes or defective goods are put for auction.

You may handover the items for auction to Sanjeeda from 14^th Dec'15 onwards. The same will be displayed downstairs alongwith the contributors name.

The auction will be followed by a small office party and every one is requested to adore festive attire for the auction.

Look forward to this exciting event.
