I would like to quickly do some API calls to expresslink without doing
any code. Can anyone recommend any free software tools to help me do
this.

Hi,
I would recommend using SOAPUI, there is a very good free version (no
need to down the Pro version).
www.soapui.org
It's very easy and quick to setup and start doing webservice calls -
no coding required.
