The only book I can think of which actually includes information about all three of these groups in a single volume is
World Religions in America, Jacob Neusner, editor. 4th edition. (WJK, 2009)
Each chapter includes study questions Islam - John Esposito has written the section "Islam in the World and in America" (pages 143-158.) He's a highly respected scholar of Islam. That chapter is about 18 pages and includes a references to several of his other books. There are also a few study questions and references to other books for further reading and two three Islamic websites.
Mormons - "The Latter-day Saint (Mormon) Religion in America and the World," by Danny L. Jorgensen (pages 334-351)
Jehovah's Witnesses - "World Religions Made in the U.S.A.: Apocalyptic Communities--Seventh-day Adventists and Jehovah's Witnesses
, by Dell deChant. (pages 233-249)

Not what the person has requested, but another book which might be of interest, is
What Christians Can Learn from Other Religions, by J. Philip Wogeman (WJK, 2014) It has VERY brief information about a wide range of world relgions; too little information about Islam and not anything about Jehovah's Witnesses or Mormons. My PW group has been studying it this year. Our leader started the year by asking us to each list those characteristics that we felt were unique to Christianity. Her plan is to review those lists at the end of the study. She commented earlier this month that with each lesson she ends up crossing off more items from her own list!
Book is designed for a group study. Questions at the end of some chapters are a bit lame, but overall it has been a good study from which we've all learned something new. See further description from Foothills Presbytery's Resource Center catalog:
