Is there an example of how to use the new Box Widget?

I want to learn more about this new design tool.  Usually I can find a great use for them - but this one puzzles me a bit.

It has 2 primary uses:

1. simple case: group together text objects and maybe buttons into a header above a record object or layout
2. flow layouts: the idea is you can flow child objects (the other display option) so that, for example, a report and record might show side-by-side on a wide screen and above one another on a narrower device. Unless you are doing stuff targeted at tablets or phones - and even then at flipping their orientation - the desktop use case is limited.
