There are a variety of tools and resources available to help with migrating a Microsoft SQL Server database to MySQL / Google Cloud SQL / ParaSQL.

ParaSQL runs on Google Cloud SQL. Google Cloud SQL is MySQL compatible, so most migration tools that work with MySQL will work with ParaSQL and Google Cloud SQL.

The open source MySQL Workbench has specific tools for migrating a MS SQL Server database to MySQL. You can download it here:
https://www.mysql.com/products/workbench/

To perform a migration you will need a ParaSQL dedicated server. Details here:

The following link will allow you to download a good white paper / guide to migrating from MS SQL Server to MySQL:

MySQL Workbench can handle most of the migration from MS SQL Server to MySQL, except for stored procedure syntax. SQLWays from  Ispirer can convert SQL Server T-SQL to MySQL stored procedure, trigger, and function code. Open Source ETL tools such as Pentaho and Talend have free versions of their products that can handle most data movement/transformation use cases.
