Background color of a required field

I would like to change the background color for required fields when adding a new record

rgb(237,249,147) | #EFD993

into just the default backgrond color.

I didn't find the ccs element to change the background color.

Any idea where I can change this ?

In Design mode, select the record widget that contains the fields, then Options > Highlight Required Input on the tool bar. There you can set the color for highlighting required fields, or disable highlighting of required completely (just uncheck the box).
