2) 60% aggregate 

3) 1st year will be on retainer-ship basis and on basis of performance will be absorbed as management trainee

4) CTC - Rs. 2.5 lakhs. 

Job Profile: HR Generalist --(Sourcing, Recruitment, Selection, Issuing offer letter/ appointment letter, managing exit formalities)
